More troubles for Uber

Uber said to use “sophisticated” software to defraud drivers, passengers. I totally believe it. On the other hand many riders have absolutely no idea how much the ride will cost them.

Problems with App and/or GPS

Uber is proud that they know exactly where their app users are at all times. Yet, they can't make sure that drivers can find them. Now, nearly every day I drive I have at least one or even two instances that I am sent to the wrong location, and when I am saying wrong location I mean WRONG LOCATION. Many times in the wrong town. I suspect that many times it may have something to do with the fact that they are drunk. But I noticed that when you type in an address the app returns with several options, but the town (or city) you are in is at the bottom of the list.

So, instead of checking on our acceleration and breaking Uber should fix that problem first.

I hope they fire his (oops, its) ass :) That's completely unacceptable, and, where was the so called "engineer" who makes sure the car drives safely?
