Uber plans to add (only) 10,000 drivers in Ohio

That's a really BIG number. Won't it heart other Uber drivers?

Uber has about 2,500 drivers registered in Columbus, according to the city’s license division. By the end of next year, the company plans to hire 3,000 more to meet growing demand for the service, said James Ondrey, general manager for Uber in Ohio.
